In general, we aim to recruit employees for management positions from our own ranks. However, we always welcome new employees who come to us from other companies.

In general, we aim to recruit experienced professionals from our own ranks. However, we are always interested in new employees who come to us from “outside”.
Does Bosch give people with other professional backgrounds a chance?
People with the necessary qualifications are always welcome at Bosch.
Am I too old to apply at Bosch?
Qualifications are the only thing that counts at Bosch. We evaluate every application on its own merits and never reject an applicant on the grounds of age.
How can I submit a spontaneous application to Bosch?
If you didn’t find any suitable position, it is most likely that there is no vacancy in the functional area you desire. But this might have changed tomorrow.
How do I apply?
Please, send the application for the Graduate Specialist Program to the HR department at your desired location. For this purpose, please, use our Online Application Form which can be found by every vacancy. The complete application documents (motivation letter, curriculum vitae, references or similar) can be attached as a file. After the pre-selection, the personal interviews take place - one with the HR partner and one with the superior from the specialist department. During these selection interviews, the applicant has the opportunity to get to know some of his colleagues and to see his future workplace.
Will my application be forwarded to other locations?
With your application, you can also activate your candidate profile in the Worldwide Applicant's Pool. This enables our recruiters to see your candidate profile and contact you if they have any interesting vacancies suitable for you. The more detailed your profile is, the higher the probability is that you will be contacted.
Can I work for Bosch part-time or from home?
We offer several part-time work models as well as other options to help you coordinate your work and your private life. You can read more about these models on our Jobs & Careers pages. The specific choice we can offer you will depend on the plant agreement at your chosen company. The personnel department there will be able to give you more detailed information.
