From teleworking to job sharing or part-time work - Bosch offers a variety of flexible work-time models that help you tailor your working life to your personal needs. And here's the best part: Part-time employees are entitled to the same training programs as their full-time colleagues.

Examples of work-time options
Your time is valuable to you. Your commitment is important to us. Our part-time models make sure that everyone wins.

The 4-day week
You work 24 hours a week – from Monday to Thursday.

The 2-week month
You work full-time for one week and have the next week off.

Working while parenting
While your child is very young, you only work one day a week. Later you can work two days a week.

Job Sharing
Sharing a workplace. You work from Monday to Wednesday, and your partner works from Wednesday to Friday.

Teleworking
Bosch sets up a teleworkplace for you. You work partly at home and partly in the office.

Part-time management functions
You work half-days and yet have a management position. You delegate tasks and foster employee independence.
